Delete your TimeTickle account
You can delete your account and its data at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open TimeTickle and go to Settings.
- Under Account, tap Delete account.
- Enter your password to confirm (guest accounts don't need one).
Your account is deleted straight away, along with the reminders, categories and settings stored on that device.
By email
If you can't use the app, email contact@timetickle.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject "Delete my TimeTickle account". We'll delete the account and the data linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your sign-in details (email address and password hash).
- Reminders, categories, notes, locations, cars and settings stored by the app.
Crash reports don't identify you and expire after 90 days. See our privacy policy for details.
